1 c. whole wheat flour 3/4 c. rolled oats 3/4 c. wheat germ 3/4 c. nonfat dry lowfat milk

1 tbsp. baking pwdr 1/4 c. vegetable oil 2 egg 2 c. water

Инструкции

1. Stir together dry ingredients. Add in oil, Large eggs, and water stirring till well blended. Fry on warm greased griddle. Makes about 12 five inch pancakes.
