Ингредиенты

  • 2 tsp butter or possibly margarine
  • 8 ounce fresh mushrooms sliced (about 3 c.)
  • 1/2 c. carrot finely shredded
  • 1/2 c. onion finely minced
  • 14 1/2 ounce nonfat chicken broth
  • 1 1/2 c. frzn spinach thaw & squeeze dry
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 dsh pepper
  • 2 c. skim lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
  • 4 ounce nonfat cream cheese cut in pcs
  • 4 ounce lowfat Swiss cheese shredded

Инструкции

  1. Heat margarine in large nonstick saucepan over medium heat. Add in mushrooms,carrot and onion; cook and stir 3 min. Add in broth, spinach, nutmeg and pepper; mix well.
  2. In small bowl, combine lowfat milk and flour till well blended. Add in to spinach mix; cook, stirring constantly, till thickened and bubbly. Reduce heatto low. Add in cream cheese and Swiss cheese; cook and stir till melted.
  3. Serve immediately.
