1 (24 ounce.) carton of low-fat (1 1/2 - 2%) cottage cheese 1 (32 ounce.) carton plain low fat yogurt, or possibly 2 c. of non fat buttermilk

1 (1 ounce.) pkg. Ranch pwdr salad dressing mix

1. Blend cottage cheese and yogurt-buttermilk on high in your blender till creamy. Add in ranch pwdr mix to season, usually one package is sufficient. If you prefer a thinner dressing, use skim lowfat milk. Makes 33 (2 oz) servings.
