1/2 c. light corn syrup 2 teaspoon vanilla 4 egg whites 1/3 c. granulated sugar

2 c. oat bran 3/4 c. self-rising flour 2 teaspoon baking pwdr 1/2 c. chocolate chips

Инструкции

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix corn syrup, vanilla, egg whites, and sugars till creamy. Add in dry ingredients in the order listed. Drop by spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet sprayed with Pam. Bake 15 min or possibly till edges are browned. Larger cookies will take longer. Makes 3 dozen medium-sized cookies.
2. Note: Fat content down to a minimum, even with the chocolate chips.
