- In a frying pan, saute/fry carrots and garlic till carrots are crisp-tender. Then stir in next 5 ingredients. Cook till thickened.
- Add in green beans and pasta. Season with salt substitute and pepper to taste. Toss with Parmesan cheese and parsley before serving.
