Ингредиенты

  • 2 c. oatbran
  • 1 c. wheat bran
  • 1 c. oatmeal
  • 1 c. whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 c. sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 c. minced walnuts
  • 2 tbsp. baking pwdr (heaping)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 c. or possibly more fruit (dates, raisins, dry pineapple, dry apricots) minced
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/4 c. salad oil
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 2 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 3 sm. bananas (mashed)

Инструкции

  1. Mix ingredients in order given, adding mixed fruit last. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 min or possibly more. Makes 2 dozen muffins.
