Ингредиенты

  • 2 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 c. honey
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1 c. each raisins, minced dates and pecans
  • 3 mashed bananas
  • 2 tbsp. baking pwdr
  • 3 c. PURE BRAN
  • 2 1/2 c. skim lowfat milk
  • 2/3 c. vegetable oil

Инструкции

  1. Mix all ingredients together and put in greased muffin pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min. Yields 30.
  2. NOTE: After cooling, these can be put in the freezer and used as needed. 30 seconds in the microwave makes one ready to eat!
