- Also good with pecans, walnuts and raisins.
- Bake 400 degrees, 20-25 min. Yield 1 dozen large muffins.
- Measure dry ingredients into bowl; stir well to blend.
- Combine banana, lowfat milk, oil and Large eggs in small bowl. Beat slightly.
- Add in liquid ingredients to blended dry ingredients all at once. Stir just till all ingredients are moistened.
- Fill well greased or possibly paper lined muffin pans 2/3 full.
