  • 2 c. rolled oats
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 med banana peeled & sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Инструкции

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender or possibly food processor and mix till smooth. Let stand 3 min. Thin with water if needed. Pour into heated waffle iron and cook as per waffle iron manufacturer's instructions.
