Ингредиенты

  • 1 can crabmeat or possibly 1/4 pound fresh
  • Mayonnaise, dab
  • English muffins, 6 halves
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 green pepper
  • 6 slices baby Swiss cheese

Инструкции

  1. Mix crab with just sufficient mayonnaise to keep crabmeat together (tiny amount). Spread crab mix on English muffin. On top of the crab mix place 1 very thin slice of tomato, green pepper - paper thin slice, and slice of cheese. Broil till cheese is bubbly, not brown, and serve with cole slaw, or possibly tossed green salad. Very tasty.
