- 3 pounds spareribs
- 3 T. brown sugar
- 2 T. cornstarch
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup catsup
- 9 oz. crushed pineapple
- 1 T. soy sauce
Инструкции
- Cut ribs into serving pieces.
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, and cornstarch.
- Add vinegar, catsup, pineapple and juice, and soy sauce.
- Cook for 5 minutes, or until thickened, stirring constantly.
- Put ribs in roasting pan and cover with sauce.
- Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 and 1/2 hours.
