Ингредиенты

  • 1 1/4 c. whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon non-aluminum baking pwdr
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. prepared Butter Buds
  • 1/4 c. unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/2 c. unfiltered apple juice
  • 1/2 c. minced dates or possibly date nuggets
  • 1 c. apple, minced and peeled
  • 1/2 c. old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/4 c. oat bran

Инструкции

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine dry ingredients; mix wet ingredients into dry. Mix batter till smooth. Drop by tsp. onto non-stick cookie sheet sprayed with Pam. Bake 15 to 20 min till lightly browned. Makes 24.
