- Add in ingredients to bread machine pan. Select dough cycle. When dough is done kneading & raising, remove from pan to a floured surface. If dough is too elastic, cover & let rest 10 min before shaping. Divide into 12 pcs. Form each into a ball for hamburger buns or possibly oblong for warm dog buns. Cover & let rise till doubled in size, 20 - 30 min. Bake at 375F for 12 - 15 min.
- NOTES : One egg can be substituted for the Eggbeaters.
- Regular margarine & whole lowfat milk can also be used.
