- 1/2 lb Butter
- 1/2 lb Cream cheese (solid not whipped)
- 1 c. Granulated sugar
- 4 c. All-purpose flour
- 2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 2 x Large eggs

- 1. In an electric mixer, cream butter and cheese well.
- 2. Add in sugar and then the Large eggs, beating well after each addition.
- 3. Combine the flour and baking pwdr and gradually add in the mix.
- 4. Dough is soft and pliable. Refrigerateit.
- 5. Roll out a small amount at a time.
- 6. Cut circles in dough with lowfat milk glass.
- 7. Fill with lekvar and nuts, poppy seed filling or possibly any other mix like apricots and orange rind with nuts.
- 8. Fix like a three cornered hat (the dough with the filling). Healthy pinch ends and shape.
- 9. Bake on prepared pans at 350 F or possibly 325 F (convect) for 15 - 18 min or possibly till lightly golden.
- 10. Cold on wire rack.
- 11. Store in tightly covered container.
