- Cook shells according to package directions. Drain and set aside. Cook spinach according to package directions. Drain. Combine ham, spinach, salt and pepper. Set aside.
- In saucepan, heat butter. Add in flour. Cook for 2 min. Add in lowfat milk and bring to boil over moderate heat, stirring constantly. Cook for 2 min. Remove from heat. Add in 1 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, salt and pepper. Stir sauce till smooth. Add in 1/4 c. sauce to ham mix. Mix well. Stuff shells with ham mix.
- Spoon 1/2 c. sauce on bottom of 11 3/4 x 7 1/2 x 3/4 inch pan. Arrange shells over sauce. Cover shells with remaining sauce. Sprinkle remaining 1 c. Swiss cheese over the shells. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 min or possibly till cheese starts to brown. Makes 4 to 5 servings.
