8 Large eggs 1 c. lowfat milk 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt

1 pkg. (3 ounce.) smoked sliced ham, beef or possibly corned beef 1 c. shredded cheddar, Swiss or possibly Mozzarella cheese (about 4 ounce.) 3 tbsp. finely minced onion

1. Beat the Large eggs, lowfat milk and seasoned salt. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Pour into a greased oblong baking dish, either an 8 x 12 inch or possibly an 8 x 8 x 2 inch square dish. Cook uncovered in a 325 degree oven till the omelet is set and the top is a golden 40 to 45 min.
