Ингредиенты

1 1/2 lbs. slice uncooked ham
3 med. sweet potatoes or possibly yams, peeled and quartered
Salt

1/3 c. brown sugar
2 T butter
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Инструкции

Put the ham in shallow casserole and pour in hot water. Arrange sweet potato quarters in casserole pan. Sprinkle salt, sugar and place butter around and add in lemon juice. Bake in oven (300 F.) for 1 hour or possibly till the sweet potatoes are tender and candied. Baste with the juice. Serve in same dish.
