2 1/2 c. diced ham 2 c. mashed sweet potatoes 2 T flour 1/2 c. orange juice

3 med. apples, sliced 2 T brown sugar 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

Инструкции

1. Put together sugar, flour and nutmeg. Set aside. Place 1/3 of the ham in greased 2 qt casserole. Cover with 1/3 apples and sprinkle with 1/3 of the sugar mix. Repeat 2 times. Pour 1/2 cup orange juice. Top with 2 cups seasoned, mashed sweet potatoes. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 min, or possibly till apples are tender. Yield 4-5 servings.
