Ингредиенты

1 pkt (10 ounce.) Frzn Minced Spinach
2 c. Ham, fully cooked & cut-up
1 1/2 c. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 c. Bisquick
3 c. Lowfat milk
4 x Large eggs

Инструкции

Cook spinach as directed on package, drain. Spread in ungreased 13" x 9" baking dish. Layer ham and cheese over spinach. Beat remaining ingredients with hand beater till smooth; slowly pour over cheese. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
NOTE: You may use broccoli instead of spinach.
