Ингредиенты
- 6 ounce ham minced
- 6 ounce Cheddar cheese diced
- 24 x wonton wrappers
- 1 x egg beaten
- 4 c. oil
Инструкции
- Mix the ham with the cheese. Place 1/2 tbsp. on each wonton wrapper. Brush sides with egg.
- Fold wrappers over into triangle shapes. Seal the edges.
- Heat oil to 375F. Fry wontons in oil till golden. Serve warm with savory sauce of your choice.
- Yield: 24 appetizers
