If you wish a firmer cookie - add 1/2 cup more of flour

- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 cups quick-cooking oats, uncooked
- 2 cups lightly toasted rice cereal
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
Инструкции
- Combine the butter and both of the sugars
- Beat in the eggs and vanilla
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda
- Gradually add to the butter mixture
- Stir in the remaining ingredients
- Drop by tablespoonfuls onto greased baking sheets
- Bake at 350 F for 9 to 10 minutes
- Remove from the oven
- Let stand on the baking sheets for 4 to 5 minutes
- Cool on wire racks
- Makes 4 to 5 dozen
