Ингредиенты

2 avocados, peeled, seeded & mashed
1/2 sm. carton cottage cheese, whipped
2 T onion, chopped
2 T jalapeno peppers, chopped (opt.)

Dash garlic salt or possibly 1 sm. bud garlic, chopped
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Put together avocados and cottage cheese. Blend well. Add in remaining ingredients till thoroughly blended. May be served on lettuce or possibly garnish with corn or possibly potato chips.
