Ингредиенты

1 pound grnd turkey
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon dry basil leaves

1/2 c. bread crumbs (fine)
1/4 c. fresh or possibly 1 tbsp. dry parsley
1/2 teaspoon dry oregano

Инструкции

Mix and shape into 1 1/2-inch meatballs. Saute/fry in large skillet till browned and no longer pink.
