- 1 pound grnd turkey
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 sm. zucchini, grated
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1/3 c. kernel corn
- 1/4 green pepper, minced
- 1/4 red pepper, minced
- 2 tbsp. parsley
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon grnd pepper
- Salt to taste
- 18 crackers
- 1/4 c. oatmeal
- 3 tbsp. oat bran
- 3/4 c. spaghetti sauce

- In large bowl lightly beat 1 egg. Add in grnd turkey. Grate and add in carrot and zucchini. Chop red pepper, green pepper and onion and add in. Add in liquid removed kernel corn, spices - minced garlic, salt, pepper, parsley. Add in crushed crackers, oatmeal, oat bran and spaghetti sauce. Mix together. Place in loaf pan. May seem moist. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.
