- 1 pound grnd lamb
- 1 lg. onion, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 c. wine
- 1 sm. tomato
- 1 med. Italian squash (sprinkle with vinegar)
- Rice cooked for 4
Инструкции
- Brown lamb in butter. Add in onion and brown, add in cinnamon and tomato, put squash in bowl, add in a little vinegar and salt. Brown in butter, add in to meat. Simmer till all tender, add in wine. Cook rice. Serve meat over rice.
- Serves 4.
