1 pound grnd beef 1 c. minced onions 2 c. canned or possibly cooked tomatoes 1 teaspoon chili pwdr or possibly curry pwdr, or possibly 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 teaspoon salt 2 potatoes, sliced thin

1/3 c. flour 2 c. liquid removed whole kernel corn 2 c. liquid removed, cooked lima beans 1/2 c. sliced green pepper 1 1/2 c. shredded cheese or possibly buttered crumbs

1. Combine beef, onions, tomatoes, chili pwdr, and salt. Pat into 1-inch layer in 3-qt casserole. Over this place layers of potatoes, flour, corn, lima beans and green pepper. Top with cheese or possibly crumbs. Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) 1 hour. Serves: 8-10.
