- 2 lbs. grnd beef
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 lg. onion, minced
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Accent
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 c. ketchup
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 2 tbsp. prepared mustard
- 2 tbsp. vinegar
- 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

- Heat 2 Tbsp. butter. Add in beef, onions, salt, Accent, and pepper. Cook till meat is browned. In a covered jar, blend ketchup, water, sugar, mustard, vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well. Blend sauce with meat. Simmer 30 min. Spoon on buns. 4-6 servings.
