- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (5 ounce.) can chow mein noodles

- Brown beef; add in celery and minced onion. Put in large casserole. Add in soups and chow mein noodles. Heat for 40-50 min in a 350 degree oven.
- This recipe may be made ahead of time and stored in refrigerator, then heated to serve. Yield: 8 servings.
