One of my daughter came home from college and we ate at Cheddars as part of our "Girls Day Out".
We had Grilled Tilapia w/Mango Salsa and it was AWESOME!!! We then decided to try this at home and it was once again amazing. It has some prep work but the peeling and the chopping was "together time" for the two of us and the whole family loved it. Now this is her "fav" for her Birthday meal and any time she comes home!!!
