  • 4 x shark or possibly swordfish steaks
  • 1/3 c. low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp grated lemon peel
  • 1 x garlic clove chopped
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

  1. Combine all marinade ingredients. Marinate steaks 1 to 3 hrs before grilling.
  2. Once the grill is heated, cook the steaks for about 4 to 5 min each side, longer if needed.
