- 1 lb cubed beef
- 1 doz large shrimp
- 1 lrg sliced onion
- 2 x bell peppers cut into cubes
- 2 med sliced zucchini
- 1 doz mushrooms cut in half Veg. oil
- 1 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. rice vinegar
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger root
- 1 c. grated daikon (Japanese radish)
- 3 Tbsp. white toasted sesame seeds

- Using a griddle, or possibly an outdoor barbecue, grill well-oiled beef, shrimp and vegetables till just done. Sprinkle on salt and pepper with a flourish. Eat with the dipping sauce.
- Dipping Sauce: Mix all ingredients. Pour in individual c.. Dip as you wish.
