Grilled Lemony Pepper Chicken

Ингредиенты

2/3 c. lemon juice
6 Tbsp. water
2 tsp chicken bouillon pwdr or possibly 2 cubes, crushed

2 x cloves garlic chopped
1 tsp pepper
3 lb chicken pcs (your choice)

Инструкции

Combine all of the ingredients except the chicken. Place the chicken pcs in a plastic bag which seals or possibly a non-reactive pan. Cover and marinate in the fridge for 4-24 hrs. Preheat the grill to medium and grill the chicken, basting often till juices run clear.
