Ингредиенты

  • 2 sm clv garlic, chopped
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/3 c. honey
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Oyster sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. herbes de Provence coarse salt and pepper Poussins
  • 2 whl poussin
  • 1 Tbsp. oil, canola, for rubbing poussins, plus more for oiling grill coarse salt, and freshly grnd pepper

Инструкции

  1. Mix all the marinade ingredients together and put it in a large bowl.
  2. Add in the poussins and turn to coat with the marinade.
  3. Poussins:Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.Rub poussins lightly all over with oil and season with some salt and pepper.
  4. Put the poussins in a roasting pan and put them in the oven.
  5. Roast the poussins about 35 min or possibly till done.
  6. Serve with Provencal-style vegetables.
