  • 2/3 tsp garlic pwdr - (3.5ml)
  • 1/2 tsp cumin - (2.5)
  • 1/4 tsp chili pwdr - (1.25ml)
  • 1/3 tsp salt - (2ml)
  • 1/3 tsp lemon salt seasoning and
  • 1 lb boneless and skinless
  • 4 x large flat flour tortillas
  • 1 c. Salsa - (250ml) - See Smoked Salsa Recipe
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream - (250ml)
  • 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese - (250ml)
  • 1 c. shredded romaine lettuce - (250ml)
  • 1 c. canned black beans - (250ml) - optional
  • 1 c. canned spicy Mexican rice (250ml) - optional

Инструкции

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  2. Combine garlic, cumin, and chili pwdr, salt and grnd black pepper. Run chicken with dry rub proportionately on all sides. Wrap seasoned chicken in a tight foil package and cook on the grill for 20 min.
  3. Hot black beans and prepare rice.
  4. Remove chicken from foil and grill over open flame for 2 to 3 min on each side. Remove chicken from grill and let stand for 5 - 10 min before slicing in to 1/2 inch pcs.
  5. Hot tortillas by placing a piece of foil on barbecue and tortillas on top of the foil, once tortillas are hot add in a portion of beans, rice and cheese on half of tortilla. Fold over other half of tortilla and grill on barbecue till brown, flip carefully and grill till brown.
  6. Once burrito is grilled on both sides open at seam and add in lettuce, lowfat sour cream and top with salsa. Close and serve seam side down.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
