Ингредиенты

  • 4 x Tuna steaks (5 ounces each)
  • 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 sm Red onion, sliced into rings and grilled
  • 1/3 c. Avocado vinaigrette Mesclun or possibly young lettuce
  • 4 slc Ripe tomato

  1. Prepare a wood or possibly charcoal fire and let it burn down to embers.
  2. Brush the tuna steaks with the extra virgin olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill for 2 min on each side for rare steaks.
  4. For each sandwich, layer tuna steaks, mesclun, tomatoes, red onion and avocado vinaigrette. Serve immediately.
