  • 5 c. minced green tomatoes
  • 4 c. sugar
  • 1 lrg (6-serving size) package raspberry gelatin

Инструкции

  1. Boil tomatoes and sugar together for 15 min. Remove from heat.
  2. Add in gelatin and stir well. In batches, puree in a blender. Pour into jars and seal. Process for 5 min in a boiling-water bath.
