1 Tbsp. Mayo 1 Tbsp. Minced dill 2 Tbsp. Vinegar, (wine, balsami etc..), up to 3 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil, up to 2

1. Here is my favorite green salad. I add in some tuna in brine and have a nice lunch suitable for this Warm summer.
2. Combine all mayo, dill, vinegar and oil and toss with vegetables. You can add in salt & pepper if desired.
