Рецепт Green Pepper Steak

Ингредиенты

1 pound thin sliced round steak 1/4 c. oil Salt & pepper to taste 1/4 c. onion, sliced thin 2 green peppers, stripped

1 c. beef bouillon 1 tbsp. cornstarch 1/4 c. water 2 tbsp. soy sauce

Инструкции

1. Brown meat in oil, salt and pepper. Add in onion and green pepper and beef bouillon. Cover and cook till vegetables are crisp-tender. Add in cornstarch and water and soy sauce to meat and vegetable mix till gravy is thick. Extra water may be needed. Serve over rice. HINT: Have meat half frzn before cutting into strips.
