Delicious, and refreshing, with the taste of the tropics, here is some coconutty goodness...

Green Coconutty Smoothie

• Lots of kale
• 2 cups water
• 1 champagne mango
• 1 banana, frozen
• 1/2 papaya
• 1 tsp lucuma powder (optional)
• 1/2 Tbsp mesquite powder (optional)
• 1 Tbsp hemp seeds
• 1 Tbsp flax seeds, ground
• 1 medjool date, pitted and chopped, (optional)

2 - 3 drops Medicine Flower Coconut Extract.

Blend in high speed blender. Enjoy!
