Ингредиенты

  • 2 tbsp. lime juice
  • 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 c. cubed turkey breast, cooked
  • 1 (4 ounce.) can minced green chilies, liquid removed
  • 1/2 c. canned corn
  • 1/2 c. cherry tomato halves
  • 2 tbsp. minced fresh coriander (cilantro)
  • 1 teaspoon chopped jalapeno pepper
  • Lettuce and taco chips

Инструкции

  1. In a medium sized bowl mix lime juice, extra virgin olive oil and salt. Add in turkey, chips, corn, tomatoes, coriander, jalapeno and toss well. Serve on lettuce leaves with taco chips.
