Ингредиенты

  • 2 lrg Green bell peppers
  • 2 lrg Red bell peppers
  • 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 6 x Garlic cloves, sliced

Инструкции

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Roast the peppers on a baking sheet for 15 min. Turn them over & bake them for another 10 min. Remove from the oven & wrap them separately in a paper bag. Set aside to cold.
  3. When cold sufficient to handle, peel the skin off each pepper & remove the seeds. Slice into 1 cm strips.
  4. Heat the oil in a skillet over low heat. Add in the garlic slices. When it is golden, add in the pepper strips. Saute/fry for 5 to 7 min, shaking the skillet occasionally. Serve hot or possibly cool with sangria.
  5. VARIATION: Replace the red bell peppers with orange bell peppers.
