Ингредиенты

  • 4 lamb shanks
  • 3 slices bacon
  • Flour, salt & pepper
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 1 c. minced celery
  • 1/2 c. minced parsley
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp. horseradish
  • 1 c. dry red wine
  • 1/2 pound fresh or possibly canned mushrooms
  • 2 med. onions, minced

Инструкции

  1. Cut bacon fine - saute/fry - brown shanks in bacon grease and add in other ingredients. Cook 3 to 5 hrs in oven at 300 degrees. Serve on rice.
