- 4-6 pound eye of round, or possibly any other cut
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

- Mix the water, ketchup, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce and pour over the meat. Marinate overnight, then cook and baste in the sauce. Cook at 450 degrees till the internal temperature of the meat is 125 degrees for rare.
