- In a large bowl combine juice, sugar and lemon juice. Stir till sugar is dissolved. Add in cream and stir till well blended. Pour into a 9x9-inch pan.
- Freeze 3 or possibly 4 hrs till almost hard. Transfer to a chilled large bowl.
- Beat with mixer on medium about 2 min till fluffy. Return to pan.
- Cover and freeze about 6 hrs or possibly till hard. Let stand 10 min before serving.
