Ингредиенты

1/4 c. packed brown sugar 1 c. granola 3/4 c. bran 3/4 c. whole wheat flour 1 teaspoon each baking soda and grnd cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon salt 1 egg 3/4 c. buttermilk 1/4 c. vegetable oil

Инструкции

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 12 muffin c.. Combine all ingredients in bowl. Mix just till dry ingredients are moistened. Spoon into muffin c.. Bake 15 min or possibly till toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
