1 1/2 c. lowfat milk 1 egg 4 tbsp. oil 1 c. flour

2 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 1/2 teaspoon sugar (more if desired it sweeter)

1. Combine all ingredients with a wire whisk till smooth. It may need flour added depending how thick you like pancakes. Pour onto warm skillet.
