- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 to 1/2 c. shortening
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 3 to 4 tbsp. water

- Pie crust: Combine flour and salt. Cut in shortening and butter. Add in water. Roll out and place in 9 inch pie pan.
- Filling: Mix all ingredients and pour into pie shell. Sprinkle with a handful of raisins. Sprinkle top with cinnamon. Bake as a custard pie, about 60 min at 350 degrees.
