- 3 Large eggs
- 2 tbsp. water
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Scant teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 tbsp. dry lowfat milk
- 2 c. flour (about)
Инструкции
- Beat Large eggs with water, then add in salt and oil and beat. Combine dry ingredients and work egg mix into flour. Add in more flour if needed to make a stiff dough. roll dough thin on floured board and let dry 2 hrs (approximately). Roll like a jelly roll, then slice. Cook noodles 30 min in boiling water or possibly broth. (If possible, turn 1/2 way during standing time.)
