  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 1 tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 1/2 c. cool water
  • Pastry for 8-inch double-crust pie

Инструкции

  1. In a saucepan, combine sugar and flour. Add in all other ingredients except crust; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly till thickened. Pour into a prepared shell. Cut several slits in top crust and position over filling. Seal crust. Bake at 400 degrees for about 45 min or possibly till golden brown. Yield: 6 servings.
