Ингредиенты

  • 1 pound hamburger
  • 1/3 c. flavored bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan
  • 1 lg. clove garlic (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp. lowfat milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp. parsley
  • 1 tbsp. basil
  • 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Инструкции

  1. Mix all ingredients together except extra virgin olive oil. Roll into 1 1/2 inch balls. In frying pan put extra virgin olive oil. Heat till warm. Place meatballs in pan; fry till golden. Makes about 15.
